Sippchoice Limited was founded by Hyman Wolanski and Michael Posner, two actuaries who have been working together since 1987, and it was opened to new business on 6 April 2009.  They previously established Wolanski & Co., a firm of consulting actuaries, and also Wolanski & Co. Trustees Limited, a well-known and highly-regarded administrator of SIPPs and SSASs.

Hyman Wolanski is the Managing Director of Sippchoice and Michael Posner is the company's Finance Director.

The operational side of the business is managed by George Bonello, Director of Administration and Operations, and the day-to-day SIPP administration is carried out by Claire Cobbold, Natalie Ward and Steve Anderson, all of whom have worked closely with Hyman for several years and share his commitment to provide SIPP members and their advisers with the best possible SIPP service.

Detailed and effective procedures are the essential foundation of a successful SIPP operation and we have invested an enormous amount of time and effort in developing our procedures.  This means that we all know what we’re meant to be doing - in every circumstance.

And we’ve built into these procedures - from the ground up - all the following prerequisites of a top-quality SIPP service:

• Comprehensive: we make sure that our procedures fully cover everything that needs to be dealt with.

SIPP administration can be something of an iceberg, in that most of the action takes place below the surface.  Although you may not see most of what we do, it is essential that there is an effective and efficient administration system working in the background to help us deliver the level of service that you require.

We use the highly regarded SIPP-Pro system as the heart of our SIPP administration service.  It was one of the first bespoke SIPP administration systems and is now the market leader.

And last, but certainly not least, are the people who actually provide the service and interact with our financial advisers and our SIPP members.
